At Dreadlocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
